Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a Technical Program Assistant to support the US Department of State in Arlington, VA. This position is telework eligible.

Position Title:Technical Program Assistant
Position Location:Candidate must reside in DC/MD/VA, this position is telework eligible
Daily Responsibilities:
This position provides principal Division administrative support remotely or in person, sometimes to one individual but in most cases to the entire program division.
Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day office of the Division Director and Deputy Division Director.
Performs various clerical duties using the Microsoft office suite of products
Responds to and monitors shared Outlook inboxes and calendars
As instructed, maintain calendars, make appointments, arrange and reserve meeting rooms.
Transcribe, organize, and maintain meeting notes and agendas in a centralized location.
Prepare and sign routine non-technical correspondence in own or Division Director name
Occasionally prepare reports and correspondence on behalf of the Division Director
Provide daily reports to the Division director on upcoming appointments, task priorities and availability
Occasionally coordinate travel for the Division employees
Support cross-Division initiatives as directed by the Division Leadership
Required Years of Experience (min):
Minimum 2 years experience as an administrative or executive assistant or similar role
Minimum 2 years experience organizing and managing office files
Required Degree/Certifications:
Associates degree in Business, Communications or similar.
Two (2) years of related professional experience can be substituted in lieu of an Associates degree.
Required Experience:
Expert level experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
Experience with MS Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Customer service oriented
Able to maintain confidentiality
Required Clearance:
Secret or ability to obtain Secret clearance
