Salary: $18-$22

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Coordinator with a background in the health care industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including hiring, firing, scheduling, training, coordinating orientation, following regulatory requirements, conducting performance evaluations, and overall HR support.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions

- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

- Assist in developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers

- Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- SHRM certification is a plus
