Inside counter auto parts sales
Responsibilities
Welcome and identify customer needs
Answer and respond to incoming calls, emails and instant messages
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Strategically broker parts from outside vendorsQualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Must have great follow up skills
Bilingual is a plus but not required
