Associate Director/Senior Manager Oncology Biostatistics

Our client is a biotechnology company dedicated to the discovery and development of next-generation cancer treatments. The company has had great success building a clinically differentiated pipeline of small molecules and biotherapeutics, including antibody-drug conjugates, to target an expanding range of tumor types using multiple modalities and mechanisms of action. They are currently seeking an Associate Director of Biostatistics to contribute statistical expertise on the design and conduct of clinical trials of all phases. Using your initiative, you will develop, maintain, and share knowledge of the theory and application of current methods appropriate for data analysis and clinical trial design. This is a collaborative role where you will work directly with cross-functional teams including Clinicians, Data Managers, Medical Writers, and other Biostatisticians in the planning, conduct and analysis of clinical trials. This company takes a comprehensive approach that harnesses decades of robust investment and partnerships.

This role also can come in at the Senior Manager level.

Please have:

PhD 5+ years, MS/MA 8+ years in an industry setting

Experience in Oncology and study Phases I-III

Experience with managing CROs in the conduct of clinical trials

Experience with statistical applications and clinical data management procedures in the conduct of clinical trials

Ability to effectively represent Biostatistics and Clinical Data Management in multidisciplinary meetings

Knowledge of appropriate regulations, industry standards and guidance documents

Strong SAS programming knowledge

This role can be located in the Bay Area or Philadelphia area or in certain cases be remote. Compensation will vary based on experience and geography.
