Location: Remote (EST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM EST

We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in providing exceptional after-sales support, ensuring our customers remain satisfied and engaged with our products and services. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a passion for building strong client relationships and a commitment to excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

High level of spoken English, with near-native proficiency.

Proven experience in a client support or client success role, demonstrating a strong track record of improving customer satisfaction.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

A professional demeanor and a commitment to high-quality customer service.

Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

A team player with a proven ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced software relevant to customer support or CRM systems is a plus.

Provide timely and accurate support to client inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.

Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.

Maintain and build strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication.

Report on the status of client accounts, identifying any trends or areas for improvement.

Actively promote new products and services to existing clients, enhancing their experience and engagement.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure client needs are met and to share customer feedback.
