Main Job Objective

Elevating the client experience by delivering best in class training to all retail teams and executing flawless events. Increase in-store productivity through seminars, hands-on coaching and sales training in at retailer locations, and leading in-store events in partnership with retailers. Work with Sales Force to improve luxury retail ceremony by developing highly motivated, knowledgeable, and productive in-store staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

EDUCATION

Partner with Education team and local Field Sales management to determine training needs and develop appropriate action plans to ensure total territory achieves retail sales goals.

Curate Education content to the needs of the market.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, focusing on clienteling, selling ceremony and KPI’s.

Conduct all training seminars for Beauty Advisors and Counter Managers in territory.

Conduct initial onboarding training for newly hired Beauty Consultants.

Provide Account Executives with orientation materials for stores not covered by Regional Educators.

Work with in-store leadership to enhance product knowledge and develop selling skills

Monitor in-store staff skills & KPI on an ongoing basis and plan training as needed.

Ensure all local market training needs adhere to budgetary parameters set by the Director of Education.

Conduct follow-up coaching sessions to enhance Beauty Advisors’ selling skills and product knowledge.

Weekly and monthly reporting.

EVENTS

Plan and execute in-store events with retailers as discussed with Director of Education.

Lead elevated and at-counter events and achieve targets.

Ensure the proper usage of the DBR, Business Planner, and Client Card.

Develop a positive relationship with the in-store staff and retailer leadership.

Conduct training on Special Events with retailer staff and appropriate Selling Specialists.

Instill a motivational and challenging work environment.

Enforce image guidelines by always wearing the appropriate attire in-store as well as during training seminars.

Maintain constant and productive communication/partnership with the Director of Education and Account Executives in assigned territory.

All other job-related activities.

Relevant Scope Measures

Meeting and/or exceeding sales and training goals set by the Director of Education.

Following Corporate guidelines, maintain T/E expenses within budget provided.Qualifications

More than 1 year of experience in prestige cosmetics sales and education

Strong Coaching Skills, Self-Motivated, and a Team Player

Microsoft Suite: Excel, Power Point

Fragrance expertise required

Makeup artistry skills preferred

Excellent communicator in English – both verbal & written

Strong presentation skills

Strong product knowledge

Passion for luxury

Travel Required to various cities on an ongoing basis (Travel is dependent on the retail schedule and is consistent)
