Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key to an exceptional customer experience. Through your daily interactions, you will build sustainable relationships with our customers, manage inquiries, provide accurate information on pricing, lead time, order status, and ensure timely resolution of any issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for efficient order entry, processing credit card orders, handling return-to-stock and repair orders, and issuing relevant reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.

Provide accurate and complete information on pricing, lead time, order status, and delivery dates.

Accurately and efficiently enter order information.

Process credit card orders.

Process return-to-stock and repair orders as needed.

Issue bookings and open order reports.

Collaborate with sales, technical support, production, and management to address customer issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

2 years of customer service in manufacturing or distribution industry experience.

Customer-focused with a desire to make customers happy.

Entering Sales orders, scheduling orders

Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Detail-oriented.

High school degree or equivalency.
