Change Management

Stakeholder Management including Client management

Ensure that all equipmentare deliveredon-time, within scope and within budget

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders

Partner with 3rd party vendors and contractors to manage & coordinate projects.

Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Coordination with Vendor and Engineering for approval of drawings for equipment.

Expediting with Vendors for timely delivery of Equipment.

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Report and escalate to management as needed

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
