Work Experience with multiethnic workforce.

Excellent communicator.

Experienced HSSE Professional with around 15 to 20 years of experience in Marine & Oil and Gas Industry.

Experience in the offshore (Transportation and Installation) Industry is desirable.

Field experience and awareness of HSSE requirements at worksites - offshore onboard vessels / barges, offshore operations, Pipe laying, Jacket and Platform Installations, Subsea Diving Operations, surveys etc.

ï'. IOSH and NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

Familiar with HSSE MS development & implementation at worksite.

Conducting internal & external audits.

Familiar with Risk Management philosophy and concepts like Construction HAZIDs for projects.

Familiar with use of software related to HSSE performance monitoring and risk management.

Familiar with Conducting onsite HSSE & Project familiarization sessions as per company project requirements.

Familiar with preparing HSSE Performance report as per project deliverables.

Ready to travel to project locations onshore and offshore.

Lead by example by taking care of the health and safety of you and others.

Report all accidents, 'near-miss' incidents and work-related ill health conditions.

Follow safety rules and procedures.

Use work equipment, personal protective equipment, substances, and safety devices correctly.
