Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Service Engineer at MIDAS PRE CURED TREADS PVT LTD in Kottayam. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair tasks. This is a hybrid role that allows for some work from home.

Qualifications

Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills

Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
