Job Description

As an HR Manager at Polarize Network, you will be a key driver in shaping our company culture, supporting our employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. You will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while also fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding to attract top talent that aligns with the company's values and needs.

Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and maintaining a positive and inclusive work culture.

Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and meet the needs of our employees.

Training and Development: Identify training and development needs, design training programs, and oversee employee development initiatives.

HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts, promoting an inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued and empowered.

Employee Engagement: Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.

HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and track HR metrics.

Legal and Ethical Compliance: Ensure that all HR activities and decisions are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Proven experience in HR management, including a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Empathy and a commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion.

Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
