Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele caller at Vosta- Vocational Skills Training Academy located in Mumbai. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students to provide information about our vocational skills training programs. You will also handle inbound calls, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and updated records of all calls and interactions.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong persuasion and convincing skills

Ability to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks

Customer service skills and problem-solving abilities

Good knowledge of computer applications

Experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent qualification
