Job details :

Experience : 3 to 13 Years

Notice Period : Immediate – 45 Days

Interview Location : Mumbai / Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore .

Desired Skills :

· Experience in designing and implementing various tools like Dynatrace SaaS, Dynatrace Appmon.

· Should have worked extensively in implementation, configuration and maintenance of APM tools named Dynatrace & Appmon.

· Application performance management Tool: Dynatrace (OneAgent, Synthetic Script, DCRUMEnterprise Synthetic script) & Appmon.

· Good to have knowledge of Python and Node JS.

· One Agent Certification would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

· Responsible for deploying Dynatrace OneAgent to a diverse environments and topologies distributed across different geographic locations.

· Experience in gathering requirement from the application owners, analyzing the requirement and implement monitoring using OneAgent on the requisite servers.

· Understanding the discovered application process/services and responsible for configuring the same.

· Work with application team to understand the critical transactions and develop dashboards for the same.

· Worked on customizing Anomaly detection rule and setup alerting profile for each application to send the notification to the application users.

· Worked on creating/setup detection rule for log file which are discovered by OneAgent.

· Worked on integrating of tools like Jenkins with Dynatrace OneAgent will be preferable.

· Creating Management zone for each application and assign respective users to management zone to view their application details.

· Tool management and administration

· Troubleshoot with DT support closely to fix any issues faced in application over calls.
