Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Electrical Engineer at Perfint Healthcare Pvt Ltd. located in Chennai. The Junior Electrical Engineer will be responsible to:
· Perform activities as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
· Assemble the Electrical and Electronic Systems during Product integration Prepare wiring harness, connector, crimping for connecting various electronic parts and subsystems.
· Record the assembly activities in the Quality Log Sheet
· Perform verification of each step of assembly and integration of the product
· Report of defective material using Non-conforming Material report.
· Report the process defect / noncompliance to the SOP using Non conforming Process report.
· Perform inspection, Testing and Measuring of the assembly process and record the observation.
· Test the Electrical and Electronic parts and subsystems for continuity, functionality, performance and safety
· Troubleshooting related to Electrical and Electronic issues
· Address the Non-conformity through correction and Corrective action.
· Co-ordination manufacturing activities for completion and shipment
· Participate in Continuous improvement initiative ' Kaizen' and contribute the quality enhancement
Qualifications
· Diploma in Electrical
· Good Written and oral communication (English)
· General knowledge in the power system protection domain
· Ability to use a Inspection, Test and measuring instrument
· Hands on experience in soldering and crimping
· Basic knowledge to interpret Electrical drawings
· Basic knowledge in cable Harness
· Knowledge in cable routing
· Hands on with MS office products.
· The candidate require analytical, systematic and result oriented skills
The individual should be capable of working with people from diverse backgrounds.
