'PSS Legal Advisors LLP' is a Corporate Law Firm based in Chennai. The Firm is recruiting lawyers for its litigation practice in courts, tribunals, and arbitrations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a lawyer practising and specializing in Corporate and Civil Litigations and Arbitrations. The office is in Nungambakkam in Chennai. Candidates are required to handle cases before all courts and tribunals. This includes representing clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals, National Company Law Appellate Tribunals and Consumer Courts. Your work will involve diverse matters such as amalgamations, demergers, restructuring, shareholder disputes, recoveries, and insolvency and bankruptcy cases.

Qualifications

Law Degree from a Registered University and enrolment with a State Bar Council.

4+ years of post-qualification experience in Corporate & Civil Litigation and Arbitrations.

Indepth knowledge and experience in Corporate and Civil Litigations and Arbitrations

Ability to handle work independently.

Experience representing clients in various courts and tribunals

Excellent understanding of legal procedures, documentation, and case management

Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic advice

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
