Travel Team Lead

We are looking for a qualified Team Leader to manage our Travel sales team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for driving the sales to achieve the targets and managing and motivating the team members daily. The success of this profile means promoting and selling International holiday Packages to travelers.

Responsibilities:-

· Selling packages for International destinations.

· Preparing customized itineraries to suit the client's preferences and budget.

· Managing complete operations of holidays

· Managing other travel formalities

· Follow-up with Customers to convert the Lead into Sale.

· Preparing customized itineraries to suit the traveler's query as per the preferences and budget.

Requirements:-

. Must have 5 - 6 years of work experience as a Team Leader( In the Ex-India process ) in a Travel Agency.

· Knowledge of international destinations from a tourism perspective

· Knowledge about itinerary & costing

· Must have experience in handling International Travel Operations.

· Strong team player and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.

· Client handling skills, itinerary making and costing, and sale of packages.

· Good communication skills.
