Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for an eCommerce Head who would be leading the eCommerce growth and digital brand building. Someone who is passionate about sales, technology & food. Who can set up and grow our online presence over eCommerce marketplaces like myntra, flipkart, tata cliq, meesho etc., and Shay's own portal.

We are a very young company as of now and tend to do things differently. Things are fluid as of now so people wear many hats. We believe in a very strong culture and do things to ensure people's independence & high performance.

The roles and requirements are:

Onboard and manage multiple digital marketplaces like Myntra, TataCliq, Ajio, Meesho, etc

Grow Shay's own digital store.

Grow all digital sales channels to ensure key KPI performance.

Ensure to work on strategies that ensure we are cash flow positive.

Build a strategy to accelerate growth across platforms.

Work closely with the merchandising team to consistently improve and grow product selection.

Be a critical part of the team to build a strong brand.

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of relevant experience managing and selling on marketplace platforms.

Should have built and managed Shopify stores.

Clear communication skills to be able to put your ideas across.

Self-starter with a desire to excel.

Team player with a positive attitude, highly organized, and detail-oriented.

Problem solver with tenacious follow-through.

Excellent project and time management skills.

Excellent analytical skills.

Superior skills and resourcefulness in online research.
