Role & Responsibilities:
Familiarity with fleet details and crew documents.
Sourcing seafarers according to owners' and fleet requirements.
Managing department paperwork and filing systems.
Ensuring compliance with crew documents.
Understudying the Executive - HR (Seafarers) to learn and prepare for advancement.
Skills Required:
a. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
b. Proficiency in IT/Computer skills for effective management of data and documents.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and planning.
Strong organizational skills and handling recruitment & planning
