About the job and it's activities
Be the magician who cooks both mouth-watering, & appealing food. Preparing delicacies along with the Pizza chef, specifically Italian, Continental, European & your specialties. Preferably should know culinary techniques, plating and presentation skills and must have pizza making skills.
Working hours
Tuesday to Thursday, - 4:00 pm - 12:00 am
Friday to Sunday, - 3:00 pm - 12:00 am
Responsibilities
Preparing delicacies along with the Pizza chef, specifically Italian, Continental, European & your specialities. Guide and help the co-workers in preparation of food
Be the magician who cooks both mouth-watering, & appealing food. Planning and setting up tems for the menu
Look after the organisation's cleanliness & quality of food. Satisfying consumers by providing quality and on time Food services. Control and Coordinate effectively through out the process.
Under the guidance of the culinary team, participate in various stages of Food preparation, including but not limited to chopping, slicing, dicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
Prepare and organize ingredients and equipment necessary for each shift, ensuring that the Kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
Develop a deep understanding of Italian ingredients, including cheeses, olive oils, pasta varieties, and regional specialties.
Assist in the preparation of classic Italian, Continental and European dishes. Assist in planning and executing Italian-themed events or special menus, showcasing your skills and creativity.
Pay attention to the visual aspect of dishes, perfecting the art of garnishing and presentation in alignment with Italian culinary traditions.
