Salary Range: 2.5 to 3 Lakh per annum +Monthly Incentives + Rewards (As per experience & Skills)

Experience req Min 2 Years to 5 Years

Qualification: Graduate From any Stream

Duties/Responsibilities

Acquiring & Opening New Demat/Trading Account of Clients.

Customer Handling and providing Beneficial Advice & Support to customers.

Technical Support.

Handling Team of TCSAs, CSAs &Sr. CSAs

Driving Revenue contribution

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members

Set performance goals and objectives for team members and ensure they are met

Monitor and assess the performance of the team in achieving sales targets

Help team members stay updated on market developments and investment strategies.

Handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts within the team.
