Electrical Assembly Engineer

Robro Systems is seeking a meticulous and experienced Electrical Assembly Engineer to join our team. The role involves the precise assembly of electrical components, adherence to technical specifications, and ensuring the functionality of our electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble components using parts and subassemblies.

Interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions accurately.

Ensure precise positioning and alignment of components manually or with hoists.

Utilize hand tools or machinery for assembly tasks efficiently.

Conduct thorough quality control checks during assembly processes.

Prepare for assembly tasks by reviewing parts lists and gathering materials.

Measure completed components to verify specifications.

Address assembly problems promptly and effectively to minimize downtime.

Adhere strictly to safety procedures and regulations.

Document production processes and quality control measures accurately.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical assembly operations.

Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.

Strong understanding of electrical principles and components.

Experience with electrical assembly tools and machinery.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to address assembly problems effectively.

Willing to travel.
