Candidate Researcher

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for market research and talent acquisition We're looking for a Candidate Researcher to join our team at Randstad Enterprise!

As a Candidate Researcher, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us identify top talent for our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to map the job market, identify potential candidates, and support our recruitment teams in making data-driven hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key industry trends and potential candidates.

Build and maintain a talent database, tracking valuable insights on potential hires.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to create detailed candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.

Utilise various tools and platforms to source, screen, and engage with potential candidates.

Continuously analyse and adapt sourcing methods to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in recruitment research for the executive roles.

Ability to do talent mapping (researching the market to find candidates)

Ability to build pipelines & talent pools (creating long-lists and short-lists)

Ability to engage candidates in the pipeline & talent pools (using various talent engagement initiatives)

Knowledge of APAC Market (should have experience of working with APAC countries)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using online sourcing tools and platforms.
