Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Holiday Expert to join our team. As a Holiday Expert, you will be responsible for curating and planning unforgettable holiday packages for our clients. Your role will involve researching destinations, negotiating with vendors, and creating customized itineraries tailored to individual preferences.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research on various holiday destinations, including popular attractions, accommodations, and local experiences.

Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and special requirements for their holiday.

Create detailed and personalized holiday itineraries that meet client expectations and exceed their travel goals.

Negotiate with vendors, hotels, and travel agencies to secure the best deals and ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and during the holiday period.

Stay updated with travel trends, industry developments, and new destinations to enhance our offerings and stay competitive in the market.

Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and address any challenges that may arise during the holiday planning and execution phases.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Holiday Expert, Travel Consultant, or similar role in the travel and tourism industry.

In-depth knowledge of popular holiday destinations, travel trends, and tourism regulations.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
