This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef at Novotel Jodhpur ITI Circle. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, managing and training the kitchen staff, creating innovative menus, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining food cost control. The Executive Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth functioning of the kitchen.Qualifications
Culinary skills, including knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Leadership and management skills
Experience in menu planning and food cost control
Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity and ability to develop innovative menus
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Culinary certification or degree is a plus
