High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills & strong customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook). Advanced Excel skills to include V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures
Ability to work tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy

Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), and follow-up effectively with all staffing levels as well as internal and external customers
