About the Role :

As a UI/UX Designer, your primary responsibilities will be in the competitive research, wireframing, UI designing, and changes on Trademarkia's projects. You will be responsible for coordinating with your manager and the design team to ensure the design lives up to Trademarkia's standards.

Responsibilities :

Acquire a deep understanding of Trademarkia, Its business objectives through business requirement meetings planning and ensure product redesign that can exceed client expectations

Closely study Trademarkia competitors and players in the intellectual property (Legal) space for new service product opportunities by conducting a competitive & comparative analysis of similar products in the market

Conduct usability testing and gather insights to make data-driven design decisions

Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, Product Definition Document, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes

Work with cross-functional teams on current and new product design from planning, requirement gathering & performance measurement for success.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to ensure consistency with company strategy & commitments

Create and manage design systems, and ensure consistent brand identity across all brand touchpoints

Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

Conduct UX audit and identify key UX problems in the designs

Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to enhance Trademarkia's design practices

Assisting with feature development, product development, marketing, and growth

Work with other UI/UX Designers and implement client outreach strategies for different client groups

Requirements :

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX Design.

Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop.

Good understanding of interaction design principles, UX principles, UI trends and best practices

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added bonus.

Problem-solving skills and proactive work style

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
