Your role in detail â Customer Experience Manager
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including Front Office,
Housekeeping, and Bell Services, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
-Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer
experience and satisfaction.
-Lead and manage a team of Front Office staff, Housekeeping personnel, and
Bell Boys, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
-Monitor guest feedback and reviews, addressing any issues or concerns
promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue generation
through effective sales initiatives and promotional activities.
-Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the
hotel premises.
-Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and
timely manner.
-Prepare and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and
improve hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
