The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and extraction of metals from raw materials in our mining operations.

This role requires a strong background in metallurgy, materials science, and mineral processing, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our metallurgical processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities: Support adherence to safety, health, and environmental protocols within the plant.

Implement technical standards and procedures for efficient plant operations.

Ensure operational activities meet and maintain technical standards.

Conduct audits to verify compliance with specifications and parameters, collaborating with plant personnel.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in plant processes.

Offer ongoing technical assistance to the production team to achieve operational objectives.

Provide in-depth analysis of process control and plant performance interrelations.

Coordinate metal accounting, ensuring accuracy in reporting and monitoring metal usage.

Monitor production performance metrics, analyze data, and identify trends for process optimization.

Conduct research and analysis to pinpoint areas for production process enhancement and cost reduction.

Assist in maintaining stable and sustainable plant performance within metallurgical parameters.
