KI has an opening for an Integrated Sales Manager to join our Inside Sales team based out of our Corporate headquarters in Green Bay.

The Integrated Sales Manager has primary responsibility for managing sales quotas within their designated region. This includes identifying prospects, managing a long and complex sales cycle, achieving high growth sales and profit budgets, and managing an inside sales team to achieve results. This position will liaison with the District Sales Leaders to coordinate sales, marketing, and fulfillment activities as well as develop new programs that will generate additional market share.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas with a minimum of 5 years combined B2B sales and sales management experience in a large company. A related 4-year degree is required. Ability to travel up to 20% is required. Furniture industry knowledge and experience is highly desired. Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills are a must.
