Job Duties -
This position will sit between the customer and the security solutions provide and respond to tickets, working with the customer to ensure that the tickets are populated with all required information and route to the appropriate team. Update tickets and route them thru the system. Answer questions from the customer regarding ticket status.
Job Requirements -Local to Nashville area, network security experience, Experience with a ticketing tool, familiar with firewalls technology.
