Global manufacturing corporation is looking for a Level 2 Desktop Support specialist for their Shelton, CT location.
Responsibilities
Level 2 support of Windows based PCs/Laptops/Tablets.
Handling of support tickets for hardware and software issues/requests.
Imaging and configuring computers (replacement cycle, break/fix, new requests)...preparing and shipping new POS stations and corporate devices.
Requirements/Skills
Understanding of PC Hardware and Software installation, diagnosis, & repair.
Read and analyze log files, software installation troubleshooting
Must have Windows 10 expertise.
Basic network troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Cisco IOS is helpful
Basic Active Directory Administration
Account/Group Creation
DHCP, DNS & Citrix
