You’ll join a mid-sized company that has been in business for 30+ years and continues to grow, creating opportunities for career progression and promotion. They’re specialists in commercial interiors and work with clients across financial services, retail, media, tech, and law firms, as well as many of the city’s building owners and landlords. Reporting to the Chief Estimator, you’ll be part of a team of four based in Midtown Manhattan.

You'll receive:

Base salary $140k - $175k (flexible depending on your experience level)

Annual Performance Bonuses

Health/ dental/ vision

401k with company match

You’ll ideally have experience in:

Lump sum, CM at risk, and conceptual budgeting for New York-based projects

Experience bidding on commercial interiors/ renovation projects with values of $2m-$10m

Circa 5+ years’ experience in an Estimator role with a New York-based GC/ CM
