About the Role:

Job Title: Senior Python Developer

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

4-8 years hands-on development experience including writing and testing code, debugging programs and integrating applications with third-party web services.

AWS Serverless (Lambda + DynamoDB + S3 + SQS + SNS) PostgreSQL.Write effective, scalable code.

Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance.

Integrate user-facing elements into applications.

Test and debug programs

Improve functionality of existing systems

Implement security and data protection solutions.

Assess and prioritize feature requests

Strong expertise Python Full stack and Flask/Django development

Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)

Effective collaboration with other cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance of applications.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Applies critical thinking and good problem-solver.

Great attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

NLP background

Familiarity with LLM Models

Neo4J experience and with Gen AI familiarity.

ML experience needed

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90,000 – $110,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
