The Company:

CM Medical have collaborated with a global Medical Device manufacturer focused on patient outcomes, science and engineering to transform the neuromodulation industry through their next generation of implantable stimulation devices.

Given the demand for their product and speed of growth across Europe, Australia and the United States, they are seeking a Project Manager to join the team. In this position, your responsibilities will include efficiently coordinating, supporting, and overseeing crucial activities related to product development, sustainability, and engineering. Your role will focus on ensuring that scope, schedule, and cost objectives are successfully achieved.

The Project Manager will:

Formulate project plans for new products and engineering projects.

Coordinate resources across disciplines to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Generate and update progress reports, providing management with timely information on key issues, opportunities, and decisions.

Uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance within the system.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior management to prioritize and allocate resources for key product development initiatives.

Obtain commitment from stakeholders to ensure plan adherence.

Guide project completion through effective cross-functional communication.

Manage constraints related to scope, time, risk, and resources.

Drive tactical execution of projects to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.

Regularly report project status relative to targets.

Cultivate strong working relationships with team members to optimize productivity.

Prepare reports for management and the Board of Directors.

Assist senior management in coordinating key activities outlined in the corporate plan, including project management beyond product development/engineering.

Essential Requirements

Experience in program or project management.

Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP).

Strong organizational skills for managing multiple project deliverables.

Broad knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Influential mindset with a proactive approach to achieving goals.

Experience conducting projects in regulated industries, preferably under ISO 13485 and compliant with regulatory bodies (e.g., FDA, TGA, CE Mark).

Demonstrated ability in reporting, program measurement, and evaluation.

Integrity, commitment to excellence, and proven leadership in enhancing programmatic impact.

Ability to collaborate with a global team during evening hours.

Engineering background or qualified engineer.
