The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Terrible's will be responsible for the day to day Talent Acquisition functions pertaining to employment processing and recruitment.

This position is responsible for handling the administrative duties for the recruitment department. They will assist with recruitment functions including scheduling candidate interviews, maintaining employee records, collecting required

work cards, submitting candidates for drug and background, issuing new hire employee ID badges and uniforms. The position will be responsible for greeting and assisting candidates that arrive in person at the employment center to apply for a

position or are awaiting an interview.

Responsibilities

Display exemplary customer service in handling candidate and internal manager questions and requests. Assists recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level.

Greet candidates that arrive to the Employment Center, assist them with applying at the computer stations.

Track candidate interviews and notate candidate profiles in the system to keep record of contact and candidate steps.

Management of the HR Email Inbox to ensure timely posting of job postings and response to hiring managers.

Compliance auditing pertaining to drug and background screening.

Handling the HR phone line to answer inquiries from candidates and employees.

Maintain interview and hiring records.

Attend job fairs and career events.

Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers,

recruitment team members, and others.

Responsible for understanding gaming registration law in order to manage and process the issuance of work cards.

Enter data in the applicant tracking system (Workday), printing, filing, archiving, scanning and shredding

documents

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices;

reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law.

Partner with HR Director and department leaders to ensure scheduling of candidate interviews and proper onboarding of new employees.

Performs other duties as assigned.
