Sales Manager Italian Market

EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager with a native level of Italian to join our European team in Barcelona's office. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Italian market team and ensure it reaches its goals. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Lead and motivate an team of sales agents to achieve individual an team sales targets

Provide coaching, training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance

Analyze market trends and customer feedbacks to identify opportunities of improvement and growth

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives

Prepare and present reports and performance metrics to senior management

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

At least 5 years experience in sales, 2 of which in management, preferably in the Italian market

Native level of Italian

Advanced level of English

Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Based in Barcelona
