New opportunity to join our winning team! Qualified candidates for this position will provide customer service support such as order entry/management, pricing, availability, and backlog reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide customer support for a specific sales territory a:nd/or collection of key accounts

Primary customer contact for order management and sales inquiries

Generate quotes, assist where appropriate with product recommendations

Work with other functions to manage the customer orders, expedite orders, and recover late orders

Manage expectations between customers and TMS on lead times, expedites requests, and product availability

Review, enter and acknowledge purchase orders

Manage customer portals Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service

Highly organized and personable

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Promote team atmosphere

Familiar with ERP systems – preferably Oracle

Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus
