Part-Time Warehouse Assistant / Engraver - Pet Accessories

Calling all pet-lovers! Red Dingo is a growing global pet accessories brand founded in Australia in 2003, with offices in Australia, Europe and the USA.

Our premium-quality collars, leads, harnesses, toys and beds are sold in many top retailers in North America and we pride ourselves on both our product quality and exceptional customer service.

Based in Monroe, our USA team is on the lookout for a part-time Warehouse Assistant and Engraver, Monday to Friday 4 to 5 hours per day. This is an energetic and hands on role, with suits a person with common sense an eye for detail. Flexible start and finishing times and working in a small friendly team.

Pets are allowed in the warehouse if their temperament is friendly and non-disruptive. If you have pets of your own we encourage the testing of any new products we develop and provide any feedback to the product team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Picking and packing of orders for wholesale and the webstore

- Operate engraving machinery to engrave pet ID tags as required (training provided)

- Answering phones, update excel spreadsheets and other office tasks.

- Help with the intake of stock deliveries, including checking items off against the packing slip and putting the stock in their bin locations.

- Updating systems with order information, such as tracking numbers.

- Assist with getting freight quotes.

- Where required, assist in other warehouse or order fulfilment duties to support the wider team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Punctual and be a team player

- Low error rate and a high level of attention to detail

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Desire to be in a hands-on and active role

- Good computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly

- Great time-management and a desire to complete tasks to a high standard
