Maintenance Mechanic

Monday - Friday 40+ Hours per week

- Must have prior industrial bakery and/or food processing plant experience.

- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines; record/report on damaged, worn, or broken parts.

- Repair and maintain industrial production equipment of all types. Nice to Have a background in Electric and PLC, temperature controls, plumbing, packaging equipment.

- Electrical: Able to use a voltmeter properly to identify voltage, amperage and resistance of an electrical circuit. Able to read and utilize electrical schematics to diagnose electrical problems. Able to properly electrically disconnect and reconnect DC, AC, motion control, etc.

- Must have ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and control systems design documentation and vendor supplied documents.

- Employee must follow all company food safety and personal safety policies and procedures, and wears PPE as required. Must understand and comply with all GMP’s and Food safety requirements.
