Our company is growing and we are super excited for this year's 2024 season. We are looking to add some great technicians to our service teams.

What We Offer:

- 25-40 hours of work per week. Starting off you will have Sundays off to spend time with your family and friends :)

- Goal is to have 4-5 day work week with flexibility

The Position:

- Working on a fun 2 person team fulfilling your route for the day - Performing roof washing, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, bird exclusion installation and holiday light installation for our awesome clients using our industry leading technology and equipment.

- Providing a high level of service is a must. Our company is all about service and we do everything we can to treat our clients like gold

- We specialize in providing a very high level of service to our clients. We are looking for people who are friendly and detail-oriented who take pride in their work and want to go the extra mile to make a bonus!

Who You Are:

- You do not need experience washing homes

- You must be comfortable working on extension ladders and on two story tile roofs

- Working outside in hot temperatures and cold during winter

- Able to lift between 50-70 lbs

- Any experience in the home service industry is an asset (Painting, roofing, solar installer, carpet cleaning, christmas lights etc.)

- You must be Hard-working, Hungry & Humble. We hire for attitude & character and we train for skill

Compensation: $22 starting out with room for advancement

Hourly pay + Paid bonuses (Quality, and reviews) + Tips from homeowners + Lunches on CEO from time to time
