Busy Construction Company is hiring a Full Time Administrative Assistant/Scheduler for our Bradenton office.

Responsibilities:

- General Office Duties - Including answering phones, update documents, spreadsheets and databases.

- Communicate as needed with contractors and construction crews for daily project management/scheduling.

Qualifications:

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Access knowledge is helpful.

- Strong organization, written and verbal communication skills required.

- Bilingual in Spanish and English.

- Must be responsible and detail oriented.

- Enjoy working in a small and fast paced construction office setting.

- High school diploma and prior office experience required.

Prior construction industry experience is helpful.
