Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production)

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Track New project/plant setup progress with a focus on project milestones and timeline adherence.

Understand plant layout concerns reported during the construction phase and study countermeasure plans with relevant teams.

Prepare schedules, reports, and review presentations.

Monitoring of pending issues and ensuring closure within the time frame.

Coordinate for conflict resolution.

Report the progress status periodically and flag major issues to the management.

Ensure implementation of carbon neutrality and safety countermeasures.

Competencies / Skills:

Understanding of 4-wheeler development and manufacturing process.

Experience in handling greenfield/brownfield projects.

Hands-on experience in project management tools.

Ability to understand the importance of a critical situation and act quickly accordingly.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD & MS-office.

Good planning & analytical skills, influencing & negotiation skills, networking skills, team player
