Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Tour Consultant located in Saraswati Vihar. As a Senior Tour Consultant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks related to guided tours, communication, customer service, travel consulting, and travel and tourism. You will work closely with clients to create personalized travel experiences, provide expert advice, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel process.

Qualifications

Guided Tours, Travel Consulting, and Travel & Tourism skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience in creating customized itineraries

Knowledge of local attractions, accommodations, and transportation options

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in relevant travel booking systems and software

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field
