Assistant Fleet Personnel Executive

Nautilus Shipping India Pvt Ltd is currently hiring an Assistant Fleet Personnel Executive to join their team. As an Assistant Fleet Personnel Executive, you will play an important role in supporting the fleet personnel department in managing the crew onboard the vessels. You will be responsible for assisting with crew recruitment, coordinating crew changes, maintaining crew records and documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced maritime environment.

Responsibilities

Source potential candidates and manage crew recruitment and selection process, including screening CVs and conducting initial interviews

Coordinate crew changes, including travel arrangements and visa processing

Maintain accurate crew records, including crew contracts, certificates, and performance evaluations

Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies

Provide administrative support to the fleet personnel department, such as preparing reports and maintaining databases

Assist with crew training and development programs

Handle crew-related inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

Stay updated with industry trends and changes in crew regulations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or a relevant field

Previous experience in crewing or personnel management in the maritime industry is preferred

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards

Proficiency in MS Office and crew management software

Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
