Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and upselling services to existing clients. The Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in account management
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Facility Management industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
