Responsibilities:
As a Presales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
Making outbound calls to leads generated through marketing.
Pitching PlanB Ventures' services to potential clients and effectively communicating the value proposition.
Following up with leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Scheduling one-on-one meetings between potential clients and the business development team.
Providing accurate information about PlanB Ventures' services, pricing, and offerings to interested prospects.
Recording details of all interactions, updates, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Collaborating with the marketing and business development teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Previous experience in outbound telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to engage prospects over the phone.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
