We are seeking a talented Highspeed Board Design Senior Hardware Engineer with 5+ years above experience to join our team, dedicated to realizing complex system requirements and delivering robust and reliable hardware solutions. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical engineers to define system designs, interfaces, and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive embedded hardware product design, debugging, and testing processes.

Apply standard principles and concepts of embedded hardware engineering to meet project requirements.

Lead component selection, schematic design, and preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) and PCB design guidelines and constraints.

Proficiency in EAGLE/ALTIUM/Orcad/Mentor/Cadence schematic and PCB design software is preferred.

Conduct design simulations using PSpice/LT Spice/TINA.

Interface sensors effectively within embedded systems.

Implement various communication protocols such as Bluetooth/BLE, LoRA, WiFi, Zigbee, USB, I2C, UART, SPI, Ethernet, and CAN.

Utilize digital oscilloscopes, multi-meters, power analyzers, and logic analyzers for hardware debugging.

Develop efficient power regulation electronics and battery management solutions.

Work with ARM microprocessors/microcontrollers, FPGAs, standard digital logic ICs, and discrete semiconductors.

Manage memory interfaces including DDR, Flash, and memory cards.

Design analog and mixed-signal circuits involving op-amps, ADCs, DACs, and switches.

Develop RFID solutions.

Basic embedded software development using C/C++.

Conduct individual board bring-up and module-wise testing and debugging.

Integrate various modules into a final product.

Perform soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components.

Adhere to ISO9001 processes and documentation standards.

Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC and other regulatory requirements.

Conduct reliability analysis, including MTBF, RCA, and FBD.

Possess a working knowledge of signal, power, and thermal integrity.

Familiarity with FPGA programming is desirable.

Offer practical solutions and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Skills Required: Proficient in the intricate realm of embedded hardware product design, specializing in high-speed board design and meticulous board bring-up processes. Skilled in utilizing a variety of design software such as Eagle, Altium, Orcad, Mentor, and Cadence for schematic and PCB layout. Well-versed in handling digital signals, conducting simulations, and adeptly interfacing with sensors, various protocols, and memory systems. Extensive experience in metering technologies, RFID implementation, and the integration of microprocessors and microcontrollers. Knowledgeable in signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and thermal integrity (TI), with a keen understanding of FPGA implementation and expertise in ensuring compliance with EMI/EMC standards and regulatory requirements.
