What You Will Do

As Director Service Market in India, you will be leading the Service Market team with the mission to secure profitable Parts & Accessory sales growth and industry leading customer satisfaction through a well-performing service network and rapid, high quality technical support to Volvo Penta dealers and customers. You will have responsibility for both the commercial and technical aspects of the aftersales & service operations in India.

Your Main Activities And Responsibilities Include

Leading the Service Market team to secure profitable parts & accessory sales growth.

Driving customer centric service operation in India and support Volvo Penta dealers and customers for aftermarket needs.

Monitoring Service KPI and taking corrective actions to ensure quality in customer service delivery.

Align Service Market India operations in-line with global strategy & local requirements.

Driving and developing the sales, marketing, competence, performance, and loyalty of our dealer network.

Developing the service footprint as well as other service sales & distribution channels.

Securing fast & high-quality technical support to dealers and customers

Managing quality follow-up, warranty & claims including goodwill.

Driving transformation of the service network towards digitalization and connected services in line with our strategy.

Contribute to the local management team.

We expect you bring relevant experience from leadership, sales & commercial development and/or technical customer support.

We believe you have a bachelors/master's degree and are fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage.

Travel Required: Business travelling is an important aspect of the job and you should be available for business trips.
