Honeywell has an exciting opportunity for aGas Metering Offering Manager forProcess Measurement and Control (PMC) business. Honeywell PMC offers Gas Volume correctors, Pressure monitoring, connectivity products and solutions for commercial and industrial gas value chain
The successful candidate is expected to be high-energy, creative and resourceful self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills and entrepreneurial instincts. The candidate must have gas measurement and telemetry product marketing or engineering experience.
The successful candidate will be accountable for leading Honeywell PMCs Gas portfolio for mechanical meters and expansion into IoT readiness solutions. She/he will work with all functions viz. Technology, Supply Chain, IT, Customer Care, Customer Marketing, for flawless launch of new offerings and work proactively with sellers and channel partner to ensure commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading business responsibility of Honeywell PMC's Gas Metering portfolio of volumetric Gas Flowmeters
Accountable for the whole Product-Life-Cycle Management
Develop and implement the product strategy (STRAP) to drive revenue, orders and gross profit for all regions globally.
Exceeding business product revenue, orders and gross profit targets.
Partnering effectively with cross-function teams, driving product knowledge.
Competition and industry assessments to drive Honeywell's Gas Portfolio strategy globally.
Understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities to differentiate, articulating and executing a winning value proposition.
Define market and price positioning in all regions
Leading market launches and promotion activities
Swiftly conduct Voice of customers to better understand market trend
Leverage Z21 process to rapidly introduce products or software to market place
Teaming up with customer marketing to execute roadmap of marketing activities to generate demand such as newsletters, media campaign, webinars, trade shows
YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's Degree
MBA Preferred
6+ years of experience in Gas measurement solutions and portfolio

Proven track record of leading projects / product launches
Industry and product experience in Gas Distribution segment
