Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various aspects of digital marketing, including email marketing, lead generation (particularly LinkedIn), and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising. This individual will play a key role in driving our digital marketing efforts and increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions.

Implement strategies for lead generation, particularly utilizing LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential clients/customers.

Manage PPC campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media ads) to optimize performance and achieve desired outcomes.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and overall effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and marketing initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, lead generation (especially on LinkedIn), and PPC advertising.

Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and marketing automation tools.

Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing tactics, including creating and optimizing LinkedIn Ads, InMail campaigns, and lead generation strategies.

Hands-on experience with PPC advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and generate actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
